Concrete tees look new, but perhaps a little short on a few holes. Course is damp only in the low spots. Tee signs in decent shape, except #9’s is missing (it’s 419’). Some construction occurring at the course, but the course still plays well.
Challenging for such a small park. Lots of beautiful old oaks.
