Van City DGC

I just moved to Van, and went out today to try and play this course. From what I can tell it hasn't been played in some years. I was able to locate all but one basket, Hole 16 which has either been stolen or moved from it original position. Hole tens basket has been removed from the pole all together but looks like it can be re-welded back on. There are trees down everywhere and it was an adventure just trying to locate all the baskets, which quite a few of them had vines growing up around them. This is aa dead course that seems to have had potential. There are no markings for tee boxes, as there are no tee boxes to be found either. It is sad to see this course going to waste. Since I am going to be here for awhile I would like to find who is in charge of it and would like to get permission to pull the baskets remaining and try to relocate the course to a better spot and try to start the concept over. But as it is now.... this course is dead...
