Local Directions: By car, take Kanetsu Expressway to Higashi Matsuyama IC / exit. Follow off-ramp signs to "Shinrin Park" or "Kumagaya." Go on Rte 47 for approximately 10 minutes. Soon after shopping strip to left (with Starbuck drive-thru!), note sIgns to park, which will be to the right (north) of Rte 47. 600 yen parking fee.
