Description: As of April 24 2013, course installation will begin soon for teepads. If you visit the course and see that construction is happening, please stay off the teepads.
18 holes are fully playable with carpet teepads in the long position; short teepads are marked with wood posts, but don't have carpet.
Some of the temporary signage is missing or damaged as permanent signage will not be installed until after teepads are in; however the course is getting a lot of play and you can follow the paths to most holes -- be sure to bring a map.

The course must be installed using 100% volunteer labor and funding and there remains tons of work to do to get the course completed. If you want to help, visit the www.perkersondiscgolf.com and click on the volunteer or donate tab.
In November '12 we won a large grant that will fund concrete teepads & permanent signage. Installation will begin in late Spring 2013. Many of the holes will be changing from current positions and will be lengthened considerably.
Action: Nothing formally organized right now, except for loosely organized weekly meetup Wednesday afternoons.

Head south on I-75/85 past I-20
Exit 244 University Avenue; head West
After 1 mile turn South (left) on Metropolitan Pkwy
After 1/2 mile turn West (right) on Deckner Avenue; the course is located on Deckner, park in the gravel lot off the 2nd park entrance.
From the gravel lot, walk down the right side of the creek about 300' to the bridges. The basket in plain view in front of the cliff is the practice basket; hole 1's tee is accessed by a trail that heads up the hill to the right and tees off from on top of the cliff.
