This course, now being referred to by some as the Black Rose course, sprawls over Crown land immediately east and across from the old course. At 7400 feet in length, this course is unlike any in Western Canada.

It features pro, advanced and am tees at most holes as well as bonafide par 4 and par 5 holes. As most of you know, the Kamloops area saw significant tree loss due to the pine beetle. Rose Hill East was not spared. Thankfully the property has significant pockets of Fir Trees, Saskatoon bushes, juniper and many immature Ponderosa pine that are just tall enough to be a pain in your game. Factor in significant terrain challenge and many slippery basket locations and you are in for a very challenging disc golf experience on the Black Rose course.
