Creek can get higher during the rain season, and that makes the grass grow pretty high. Well maintained for holes 1-4, after that, you're looking through the grass. Also, houses to the east of holes 5-8 can surely threaten your forehand game. All in all, it's a decent beginners course, perfect for school course.
