Description: Home of the Beaver State Fling. Fantastic course winds over rolling terrain, with scenic hillsides, hiking trails and river access. The park charges $5/car which adds up to a lot and they put a lot of that income back into the course. Recent improvements include quality tee signs and benches. Fantastic tee-pads, well maintained greens, camping, etc.

Milo Layouts:
There are three layouts used for Milo McIver. The first is the Beaver State Fling layout. This is comprised of two 18 hole courses. Both courses start in the middle parking lot and play out into opposite directions, thus we have the "East" and "West" BSF layouts. The BSF courses are used periodically during the year for tournaments. Namely, the Beaver State Fling, and the HabRec open, two of Portland's largest annual tournaments.
The 27 Hole layout is the primary layout for the local players. It begins at the far west parking lot of the course and plays all twenty-seven holes, ending back at the far west parking lot.
The last layout is actually a split layout. This was introduced by the Milo McIver park staff. It splits the course into an east 18 hole course, and a 9 hole west course. The park staff did this to try to even the flow of traffic on the course. All they seem to have accomplished is causing more confusion.
