Course is groomed and is being mowed and weed whacked on a regular basis. There is a trail that leads to the #16 tee pads behind #15 basket which is a lot easier to walk than the old goat trail off the road. Hole 15 has a bridge crossing on the left side of the fairway right at the bend of the creek. As of 5/19/13 - The "River of Mulch" now separates Holes 5 & 6 and over 30 trees have been planted between the fairways. Hole 1 has a new pin position located on the right side of the fairway near the creek.

Description: Nice variety of terrain on a very hilly piece of property with holes ranging from heavily wooded to wide open to in-between. Hole 12 plays inside a fully enclosed building that used to be a Chicken Shack ; the building is 430' long x 40' wide x 20' high and perfectly straight.
