Description: COURSE IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. SEE YOU IN 2013!!
Mountain style course on a massive amount of land owned by the Platte Canyon School District. It is very unique in the fact that while you are playing and hiking very steep terrain covered in trees, there are many wide open vistas the course plays through. A mix of technical gaps and open fields, with many holes incorporating both. There are 3 very long downhill shots with massive amounts of elevation change. Bailey DGC is in the same area as Phantom Falls, Beaver Ranch, Magic Meadows, and the new Bucksnort DGC, and requires much of the same skill and accuracy as these other popular DG courses.
The course is pay to play ($5) and is dog friendly. This course is new, and they are trying to get it permanently established, so all money goes to upkeep of the course and is payment to rent the land from the school district, keep a port-o-let on site and buy baskets. This is a seasonal course, open generally between June and October. No call ahead tee times.
