Round Notes: On the way home from work, wanted to practice some throws before the weekend. Took out my main bag and tested numerous shots with different discs. Played 2 rounds at the same time for efficiency since the sun was going down. Somehow, my first round (first drives, etc.) was superior to all my second shots (or second round).						(-4)

Round Notes: Round 2 (second drives). For being the second shot on every hole, I would have thought it would be an improvement from the first shots, but I shot a straight par round... so boring!						(Even)

1	165	3	3	1	--	Mando to the left of the tree. Tried a high anhyzer line that I didn't give enough snap to hold it, so it leveled out and went straight for the sidewalk. Decent approach to save par.
2	265	3	3	2	--	Ace run that zipped just to the right of the chains... and kept going, so I had a long comeback putt that I hit rim.
3	225	3	3	2	--	Tried a high hyzer line that dropped short and right, and missed the deuce by putting too low and hitting center rim.
4	225	3	3	2	--	Drive released too high and it hyzered out and went left for a long deuce opp that I missed... barely.
5	175	3	3	2	--	Standstill drive that I softened to not overshoot, so I overwimped it, and once again hit low on the rim for the deuce opp.
6	280	3	3	2	--	First drive went right behind the basket, and this drive went right in front of the basket... if I had thrown a third drive, I probably would have aced it. Missed the comeback by being too low... story of this round.
7	200	3	3	2	--	Tried a low, fast hyzer line that cut right in front of the basket... and skipped away long. Missed the comeback completely (no metal this time).
8	385	3	3	1	--	Tried a high S-curve line that leveled out too quickly and landed in the middle of Hole 2's fairway... but the D was great! Parked the approach for another drop in 3!
9	210	3	3	2	--	Standstill putter drive that had a beautiful flight, but it just kept going and going and landed way past the hole.

Round Notes: Wanted to play a couple rounds since it was a beautiful day. It was great to not have to wear all the layers of winter, or even a sweatshirt for that matter. Didn't have my back so I grabbed 2 drivers and 2 putters from the trunk to play 2 rounds simultaneously. Took a Nuke since I've never thrown it and a Leopard I used to throw a lot several years ago. Putters were Swan 1 and Swan 2. Had a great time on both rounds with 4 ace runs and just felt great. Was also glad I played both rounds at once since the course was a swamp from all the melted snow.						(-4)

2	265	3	2	1	--	Ace run! Parked the Leopard 2 feet past the basket and in line from a hyzer flipping flat and then hyzering in at the basket. If I was 2 feet shorter on the drive it was in.
3	225	3	2	1	--	Ace run #2! Took the same approach to the drive I did on the previous hole, but cut back the power a bit and had the same affect except I landed about 8 feet past the basket.
4	225	3	3	2	--	Landed pin high but about 45 feet left of the basket. Barely missed the putt to the left.
5	175	3	3	2	--	Took one of the putters to do a standstill drive and pulled it. Launched past the basket and to the right. Had to putt around one of the small pines.
6	280	3	2	1	--	Ace run #3! Did another hyzer flip on the Leopard and it cut right in front of the chains and then skipped left downhill, but sunk the 25 foot putt.
7	200	3	2	1	--	Parked the Leopard on a hyzer line and sunk the easy 10 footer.
8	385	3	4	2	--	Completely messed up the drive and almost had a black ace on Hole 2. Approached with the putter on a great line but landed 35 feet shy and missed the putt.
9	210	3	2	1	--	Ace run #4! This time I was too low and nailed the pole just under the basket on a slight hyzer line.

Round Notes: Driver/putter combo # 2 of my simultaneous rounds. This one wasn't as good as the first driver/putter choice combos, but I suppose that makes sense since I chose which discs would be best for the situation on the "first round." Still not a bad round though.						(-2)

2	265	3	3	1	--	Threw the Nuke way too high and too much hyzer. So it landed long and left uphill from the basket. Had to lay up on the approach to save par.
3	225	3	2	1	--	Softened up the drive with a hard and fast beeline hyzer than landed just 15 feet shy of the pole.
4	225	3	3	1	--	Tried to flick the Nuke way left so it would land near the basket and not in the woods, but it turned into a worm-burner. Parked the approach to save par.
5	175	3	3	2	--	Took the other putter and gave it too much hyzer so it went pin high and left by 35 feet. Hit the right chains and fell out the back into the middle of a mud puddle.
6	280	3	3	2	--	Took the Nuke and threw it far right with a hyzer but it didn't come back as much as I'd hoped. Missed the 45 foot putt low on the basket but it was perfectly centered.
7	200	3	2	1	--	Hyzered it in but it was too high and went over the basket, but I drilled the 30 foot putt for deuce!
8	385	3	3	1	--	Threw it down the right side of the fairway but I didn't get it flat like I intended so it landed about 310 down the fairway. Parked the approach and dropped in the putt to take par.
9	210	3	3	2	--	Slipped on the plant foot and the disc slipped out of my hand so I landed uphill to the right of the pin. Missed this long shot at deuce and finished off the hole with a par.

Round Notes: Took our dog out for his first disc golf outing. Wife didn't want to play this round, so she held him while I threw. He enjoyed the park, but didn't like it when I was too far away. As for the round, I shot decent.						(-3)

Round Notes: Last round was halfway decent with unfamiliar plastic, so I wanted to give it another go... to great success. This just shows that if I can find consistency with unfamiliar plastic in windy conditions, I should be able to maintain consistency with my main plastic in any conditions. Very pleased with this round. Wanted to do another, but figured I'd save it for League tomorrow morning.						(-5)

1	165	3	3	2	--	Mando to the left of the tree. Flick drive was successful into a stronger gust of crosswind. What looked to be an easy putt, I missed on the left-right aim only, everything else was perfect.
2	265	3	2	1	--	Threw a laser straight and low that went to the basket and parked it. What's your favorite putter?
3	225	3	2	1	--	Tried a different approach: took the stable driver and changed grip to reduce speed, and gave it a big hyzer. This resulted in parking it 15 feet away for an easy putt.
4	225	3	2	1	--	I wasn't expecting this... First I failed by picking the Axis as the driver. This failed with a headwind that landed short and along the trees. The "putt" had a low ceiling and needed a slight anhyzer line that I nailed from roughly 60 feet.
5	175	3	3	2	--	Thought I'd try a standstill Axis drive with a lot of hyzer, but it still flipped over and went into the woods. With a soft touch, I approached with the putter and made a 10 foot putt for par.
6	280	3	3	2	--	Took some off of the driver this time and parked it pin high about 20 feet to the right. Over-wimped the putt and hit the base of the pole.
7	200	3	2	1	--	Used the hyzer, reduced-speed grip on the driver again to great success and drilled a 25 foot putt into the wind.
8	385	3	3	1	--	This time I played the wind better and let it ride and hyzer out to land perfectly in the center of the fairway in line towards the pole. Soft approach with the putter for a safe par.
9	210	3	2	1	--	Took the driver utilizing the low-speed hyzer method and landed 20 feet past the hole. The wind picked up during the putt creating a bad headwind, but I maintained focus and drilled the putt for a solid finish and a great round for unfamiliar plastic.

Round Notes: Coming back from an unfortunate trip from Farmer City, so I wanted to make sure I didn't waste gas by playing some disc golf. Due to aforementioned trip, I was without my main bag, so I grabbed some discs from the back of the car. My line-up: an Orion LF for the driver, an MVP Axis for midrange, and what I think is a crystal like plastic Challenger for putter. As expected, I didn't play phenomenally, but not too bad either. Winds were around 11-13 MPH I believe.						(-1)

5	175	3	3	2	--	Tried a putter drive (not sure why with the wind) that ended up short as I suspected it might. Missed the approach putt, but it was an easy putt for par.
6	280	3	3	1	--	Normally, I'd be around the basket somewhere close enough to consider it a putt, but I launched the hell out of the drive and landed closer to Hole 4's teepad than the appropriate basket, so I considered it an approach that I parked.
7	200	3	3	1	--	Tried to give the Axis another shot, but no, no it didn't deserve it. Landed maybe two thirds of the way but far right. Took a safe up-shot to maintain par.
8	385	3	3	1	--	Had a decent drive, but the wind pushed it all the way towards Hole 2's basket. Finally had a decent shot with the Axis that landed 25 feet past the basket, which I made for par.
9	210	3	2	1	--	The Axis success continues by landed left and shy of the basket by 30 feet. Drilled the putt for the first deuce of the round.

Round Notes: Round 2, because round 1 felt so good. I adjusted some shots for the better, and others for worse, but all in all, consistent and average. Not the usual, what-the-hell-am-I-doing round, but actually a round where I can say yeah, this is what I can do on an average day consistently.						(-3)

4	225	3	2	1	--	Took the Tursas again and didn't go as wide. Landed pin high but still about 35 feet out. Sunk the putt this time.
5	175	3	3	2	--	Did a standstill putter drive this time so I wouldn't overshoot. Undershot by 30 feet and hit the rim on the putt so I unfortunately took a par.
6	280	3	2	1	--	Since the Stag went so far past last time, I took the Underworld and made sure to give it enough hyzer to flip straight and glide. Faded out on an ace line if I had aim it a touch left. Drop in deuce.
7	200	3	3	2	--	Tried the Tursas and gave it a ton of hyzer with a standstill drive. It leveled out flat and carried to land pin high but never faded left. So I again rimmed the long putt for deuce and took a drop in par.
8	385	3	3	1	--	Tried the Air Giant again but gave it a little hyzer. This was much better than the last time... but I threw it way too low, more height and I think I may have been sitting pretty by the basket. Lay up on the approach and take my par.
9	210	3	2	1	--	Standstill Wasp shot parked it 3 feet from the base for a drop in deuce to finish.
