Course Guides:
Description: Nice mix of fairly open holes with some along the park wood lines. Baskets are located both in open areas and areas tucked back into the woods. Elevation changes on all the holes and the terrain allows for swirling winds that can come from different directions over the duration of a round. While the lay of the land made two 9-hole loops unpractical, the course is laid out in a fashion that allows players to pick any starting hole and finish the round right by their vehicle.
Course maps and scorecards are located next to the hole 1 tee sign. A water fountain is located by the restroom near hole 2 and a water spigot is located next to the shelter at hole 13. Restrooms are located throughout the course.
The Parks Department does an excellent job of maintaining the grounds, giving parts of the course a very manicured and high-end feel.
There are currently a few brush piles located on or near fairways. They will be removed as soon as the weather allows for the necessary equipment to be able to get to them. The tee pads for holes 5 and 7 are flagged, but not poured yet. The ground has been too soft to get equipment to the pads, but that should be fixed soon.
