Course Guides:
Description: A testing mix of short and long holes. Fairways are often open but with a very thick rough to punish any wayward shots. Several holes feature narrow flight paths, stressing acurate throws. Des Moines´ best elevation changes highlight this course throughout. Pro tees average over 365 feet per hole. Amateur tees averaging 245 feet are available for beginners. Bridge between 1st and 2nd hole, and 4th and 5th holes can be muddy.
