    Course Conditions as of 7/1/2014
This course is only playable in dry conditions, as drainage is a major issue throughout. Several unnatural hazards to contend with including apartment construction significantly affects playability of 2-3 holes. Overall course design is confusing from tee and pin placements to inaccurate yardage signs. The confusing and choppy layout of holes #6 through #9 create an unnecessary bottleneck on the course and will leave you shaking your head. It's just okay to play, and only when dry.
