Take Hwy 101 south out of Newport; go 3 miles past the Yaquina Bay Bridge and turn right into S. Beach State Park. Go 500 feet and veer right towards the campground. The first bend you hit in about 300 feet has parking on the outside of the turn. Course begins and ends from this area.
