Lots of snow on the course right now. Ongoing construction of mountain bike trails when snow is not covering course.

Course curves around and over the hill that holds the city's water tower. Heavy elevation is in play. Some holes in very woody/bushy areas. Several blind shots up and around hills. Some narrow fairways with deep rough. Often very windy.
