Course Conditions as of 5/14/2013
The course is still muddy in the usual Harbin spots. Also, the real reason that this course is unplayable is the high grass rough. You can play but any shot that is not on the fairway or right near it will lead to a search for your disc. When I was playing I ended up searching for discs with up to five people at one time. If you play bring a spotter or plan on looking for your discs.
