Mostly green grass that is cut and maintained frequently. Course has baskets strategically placed near trees to add difficulty. Baskets can be seen from Pacific Coast Highway.

Local Directions:
From Los Angeles: Take 10 West until you reach CA-1 N/PCH. Continue on CA-1 N/PCH for 39.4 miles to exit 108 for Wood Rd. toward Usn Point Mugu. Turn left on Wood Rd. and take the first left onto Naval Air Rd. The base entrance will be right up the road on the right. Once you're on base the course will be to the left of the entrance.
