Short 18 hole course using 9 blue DISCatcher sports.. 17 of the 18 tees are marked on the sidewalks, hole 10 is marked near the basket on a rock. Tees and basket distance are painted on the concrete walking path around park . Start hole #1 from next to the covered picnic tables and then tee for next hole is at or near the last basket on walking path. One pond water hazard if you hook left on hole #7 and one small creek that you cross over twice which is easy to retrieve discs from.

The course is tricky to find because there are two parks behind the college and this is the smaller one to the right towards the Girl's Softball field. Gymnasium and girls dorms are on right as you approach park. Sign at picnic table and #1 tee that says Outback park. Drive to Carl Albert State College in Poteau, Ok. Drive around the back of the campus buildings on Scholars Road keeping to the right until you get to the baseball fields but do not turn left into Twyman City Park. If you pass tennis courts you made wrong turn go back and make left at baseball field. Go straight past the ball fields until you get to a small park with covered picnic tables and a paved walking path. Softball field will be just past park and in center of disc golf course.The course follows along the path around the park and starts at the 2 covered picnic tables by basketball court.
