Pros:
+Located in a clean, well maintained residential park.
+Nice new baskets
+While it's true that there aren't very many obstacles, those that exist are used to good effect (Baskets placed inside little groves of trees on a couple holes and the little creek/pond comes into play on 4 holes.)
+Excellent flow to the course, you begin and end right at the parking lot. The tees point right at the basket.
+Super quick play, I played 9 holes alone in just under 15 minutes. This could be an excellent lunch break or commuting course if you are in the area
Cons:
-The tees are just spray panted on grass right next to the last basket so you are basically playing basket to basket which could become a major issue if the course is busy
-There are a few fairways that play almost on top of each other. Again, only an issue if the course is busy.
-Holes 1 and 8 play along backyards so that comes into play if you shank your drive.
-There is a playground that could come into play on 2, 5 and 9. Again, only an issue if the park is busy.
-No signage, but you shouldn't really need any due to the tight flow of the course.
Other Thoughts:
This was a fun course to play and another 9 holes in an under-served community is always welcome.
Regarding the spray paint tees: It is possible that they are just painting temporarily to see how it goes before they invest in concrete.
