The course is heavily wooded, making it not just a challenge for beginners and seasoned players alike but also an exploration goldmine. Instead of aiming for baskets, aim for trees which have been painted with sections to denote holes (see pic)

From Broadway East/Gosforth Park First School: This is a good place to park. If you are feeling brave you could also try parking at the Gosforth Golf Club to make your walk slightly shorter. Follow the footpath from the golf club for 5-10 minutes until you reach a t-junction at the end. Cross straight over and through an opening in the hedge leading to new trail. Continue walking for another 5-10 minutes through the woods untill you see the first hole. See "Course Location" file under Links / Files for directional map.
