Downtown Houston/Montrose/Heights Area. Take Allen Parkway exit from I-45 at downtown, quick right at Sabine St., over bridge, park on street (no parking on bridge). Course at NW corner of Bayou and bridge.
To find hole #1, walk along the outside edge of the skate park fence and you will see long #1 (hole #10) and short #1 markers.
