Pros:
-- Innova baskets.
-- Nice tee signs with all of the necessary information. Except No. 1, which has no tee sign. Tee from the concrete walking path near the street.
-- Distance variation. Hole 2 is 700 feet; the other three holes are in the 275-375 range.
-- Two holes have large limestone slabs that make a great place to sit.
Cons:
-- No tee area marked. The course plays in a drainage ditch in a new housing development (still being built, so you're in a construction zone), so it's really muddy and likely always will be.
-- Course plays in a long, narrow strip of land. The holes all play one direction, so you've got a walk of nearly half a mile back to your car after you finish hole 4.
-- Flat.
-- Almost no trees. The ditch provides some obstacle, but not much.
-- No map.
-- No water.
-- No restrooms.
-- Parking is on the street. You could park in one of the cul-de-sacs on the west side of the course.
Other Thoughts:
-- Given the available land, they did a decent job. That being said, only serious course baggers and those living in the housing development are going to play here.
