Pros:
Comfortable play-through with various ways to approach baskets.
Rest location on site, i.e. park benches.
Cons:
The tees; it is as simple as that.
Other Thoughts:
I was suprised by this course; I enjoyed playing it.
Definitely bring a map the first time you play. I saw that most players had no idea where Hole 8 was and played the wrong basket. Hole 8's basket is on the other side of shed in the woods, so look for a tee stone marker close to the shed; it's a declining approach.
The tees are the course's biggest problem. For example, I had no idea where Hole 9 started, but went by the position on the map.
Hole 1 also caused a lot of confusion for some. Its tee is not marked, so you start next to a trash can on top of the hill next to the park benches.
I would recommend the course, yet getting there can be a burden to some. There is a lake beach area close the park, so consider doing both when summer is in full swing. Note: the lake area does not allow dogs.
