Description
Princeville Makai Golf Club is a top 100 public golf course in the US, and they have opened 9 of their 27 golf holes for disc golf. The Mauka (“towards the Mountain”) Disc Golf Course follows the track of the 9 mountainside golf holes. Two disc golf holes exist for every ball golf hole creating a complete 18 hole disc golf course experience. The 18 holes weave in and out of the woods and over water. From the longs, the course plays as a championship experience testing every facet of the disc golfer’s game. From the shorts, the course plays as challenging but rewarding opportunity for lower scores. From either set of tees, players will get a true understanding of what makes Kauai the “Garden Island”. Incredible mountain views, the ocean breeze, and exotic plant life will give disc golfers' an experience they have never seen before. Patrons will also get world class treatment from the incredible staff at Princeville Makai Golf Club: Cart rentals, refreshments, pro shop, and a restaurant all on property. Disc golfer’s will feel like royalty anytime they step onto the property at Makai. The course is softly opened to the public. Permanent tee signs and tee pads are on the way. Rounds are $30 for locals and $15 for visitors (11/10/23). Disc and cart rentals are available. Best to call for a tee time - 808.826.1912
