Pros:
You can pick one of the random baskets to practice your putting on.
-Very green park with long, well manicured parkland grass.
Cons:
Everything. The entire thing makes absolutely no sense.
-There are 9 random concrete pads and 9 baskets all packed super close together. It's next to impossible to know which basket you're supposed to shoot at from which tee pad, the order of holes, layout, etc...
-No trees, so in the summer this park is blistering hot. It's like playing on the far of the sun.
-Even if you can figure out the layout and which tee box corresponds to its basket, all you'll have are 9 70-90 foot dead straight shots in the thick, green park grass. There is nothing else to it. No shot making, no trees, no challenges, no nothing. Nothing to look at, nothing interesting to see, NOTHING. It is as bad as it gets.
Other Thoughts:
Whose idea was this? What a ridiculous waste of tax payer money.
Seriously, this course is municipal governing at its worst. Just think, they could have used that money (the tee pads, the baskets, the signs (that are all empty), etc...) to put something decent up somewhere. But no, this is what we get when the slugs in our local government are involved. I'm sure the person responsible was immediately promoted for checking this great accomplishment off of their to do list.
Hopefully the thieves/vandals come back to steal all of the baskets and dig up all of the tee pads so that this embarrassment is permanently erased from existence.
