Camping is near by at Loggers Campground, closed on October 7. This is on US Forest Service land and is governed by their land use laws. Smoking is absolutely NOT ALLOWED off the parking area.

Local Directions:
From I-80 in Truckee: Take CA-89 North for around 4.5 miles to a right onto Hobart Mills Rd. Continue for .2 miles and make a left onto Old Hwy 89. Keep going for .3 miles and make a slight right onto Hobart Mills Rd. After .2 miles make another slight right to stay on Hobart Mills Rd. Continue driving for 3.4 miles and turn left onto Dog Valley Rd. Stay on Dog Valley for 1.9 miles and turn left onto Boat Launch Access. Park in the first lot on the left (Overflow Parking).
First tee is near the back-left corner of the parking lot.
