Description
The Links of Springfield is an 18-hole disc golf course situated along the banks of the Cottonwood River and Salonek's Pond, between the central business district and nine-hole Springfield Golf Course and driving range. Modeled after the type of holes that can be found when disc golfing in the Appalachian Mountains and along the Iron Range, it provides a scenic experience that is unique among courses found in Southwestern Minnesota. Pro (white) tees are available to players looking for a little more challenge. Am (red) tees are much shorter/easier for beginners and casual players alike. Though the presence of water along 12 of 18 holes is enough to keep even experienced players honest.
