The distance to the tree that the mandatory dogleg goes around is roughly 350ft. After the tree, the fairway goes to the left towards the tree line, with the hole location being noted by some yellow tape hanging around the opening to the pin. You will want to make sure your drive doesn't land in a spot that is too cut off by the tree, as you need to go around the right of it. Landing further right might put you farther from the pin, but it will make navigating the dog leg easier.

Another payer on the course pointed out a hyzer line to the right of the big tree that is just to the right in front of the tee. If you take a fairway or midrange wide of that tree, it's actually a more open line than trying to pure the trees in the fairway.

In addition to the clear RH forehand hyzer line, there's an opening to the right that can be accessed with a high RH hyzer line. This may be risky in the Spring or Summer when there's water around, but when the ground is dry a tree hit can still leave you with a gettable par.
