Pros:
New course with nice baskets, concrete tees, and tee signs.
Cons:
Mostly shorter holes (<300ft) and the layout is a little confusing on the last few holes. Majority of the course is wide open with no trees or very few trees. The holes that are located in the woods have pretty narrow fairways and it looks like the rough will be very thick and punishing during the summer months.
Other Thoughts:
I was excited that a new 18 hole course had been put in so close to my house. It's a course you can play by yourself in about 30 minutes. The first half of the course are short, wide open, flat fairways, so wind is the only real challenge you might face. The holes located in the woods are still short, but at least a little accuracy is required. The course could use some signage letting you know where the next tee is, especially in the woods, but overall it was pretty easy to navigate. This is a great course for the Watertown area that is very beginner friendly. If you are a pro player, you probably wouldn't want to go out of your way to visit this course, but if you live or work nearby, this would be a fun quick place to get in some practice on your short game.
