My course has been completely redesigned and the old reviews, scores, etc. aren't relevant anymore. What should I do?

The best thing to do is contact us and we will "expire" the old course page and create a new one for the new layout of the course. DGCR will only do this in cases where a course is completely different and it is essentially a new course.
