Steele's Creek Disc Course

Steele's Creek Park will be opening a 9 hole course in Bristol, TN. It is scheduled to have grand opening on Friday 14th is all goes well. I surveyed course last Friday and it appears all hole locations have been installed and some of the tee boxes (natural tee's) have been marked with PCV Pipe.

The Steele Creek Park Disc Golf Course is now open. The 9 hole course begins across from the ball golf pro shop. Enter at the main gate and park in the first lot on your left (gravel). There is a practice basket and large course sign in front of you. Innova Disc, score cards, supplies and snacks are available at the pro shop.

Each hole has two tees (blue & white) these are marked with pvc pipe. The current tee boxes are natural. We hope to upgrade to concrete spring/summer. Have fun and let us know what we can do to improve the course. Terry Napier/Director

Thanks for the report,Terry. If the signs are indicative of the course quality, it will be great ! Looking forward to playing it. Without having played the course, I would say the biggest improvement you could make would be expanding to 18 holes, moreso than adding the concrete pads. It sounds like you have plenty of room.
