Any advice on "must see" courses in NC. I've only been playing a couple months on two courses close to home. Which courses are the best in North Carolina?

Depends where in North Carolina you are. If youre in Charlotte i suggest Hornet's Nest, Renaissance, Reedy Creek, Kilbourne, or Sugaw Creek.
Out towards the mountains are courses in Asheville (Richmond Hill and Mars Hill). Near Boone you have High Country, which i hear is excellent.
Those are the two areas i know best.
North Carolina is a great state to experience disc golf in all its glorious forms. the above link should get you where you need to go.

I envy you Pete, being near Richmond hill....other than my home course <Chapin, SC>, that is my favorite course to play.
I've been saying that my friend and I need a road trip to Charlotte one day. I did play Hornets during points Bonanza this past summer, loved the nest layout, but the web layout humbled me. Think next time I go up, gonna play Sugaw, Reedy, and Kilbourne.

dont forget renaissance gold for the ultimate humbling experience.
