Poor little Hoover Park, it doesn't get any respect...

(I think it's a fun course; my only gripe is the incredibly poor drainage. The #3/#4/#6 area is a swamp in every month except maybe September.)

Adam, I can see what you mean about the drainage even from the photos ... otherwise it seems like a decent course.
