I'm trying to slim down my bag a bit and I need help. Right now I have 18 discs and I would love to go to 12-15, I throw all Discraft as of now but I am experimenting with Innova drivers but for the moments they are not in the bag. I throw around 325, I've measured. Here is my current bag:
Drivers: (from least to most stable)
Slipstream GT - 174 - Elite X - Really beat
Avenger SS - 174 - FLX - Average
Avenger SS - 174 - Elite Z - Beat
XL - 166 - Elite Z - Slightly beat
XL - 174 - Elite Z - New
Tracker - 166 - Elite Z - Average
Surge SS - 167 - Elite Z - Average
Avenger - 165 - ESP - Slightly beat
Force - 169 - ESP - Really beat
Predator - 171 - Elite Z - Really Beat
Predator - 169 - FLX - New
Mids: (from least to most stable)
Meteor - 178 - ESP - New
Buzzz - 178 - FLX - Really beat
Drone - 177 - FLX - Really beat
Putters: (from least to most stable)
Challenger - 178 - FLX - Really beat
Challenger - 178 - Crystal Z - New
Challenger - 172 - FLX - Slightly beat
Zone - 169 - ESP - Average

Id lose the beat force since you have an avenger.
What type of shots do you throw the zone for?
I would also drop the worn z avenger ss, and just keep the flx.

While I could try to recommend specific discs, it would be easier to recommend playing with just 4-5 discs, each a different mold, two putters if you have one for putting and a different one for driving. This will force you to make different shots/lines and see which ones really are versatile and which ones are "baggage"
For your mid, the Buzzz is really in the middleof the others, so that's probably a good choice. The new Predator would serve your overstable needs well. Not as familiar with the other drivers, but a stable fairway and an understable distance should be a good start. Maybe drop out the high speed stuff for now, the essence of your bag will be your putter, mid, and primary fairway.
See how that works for you.

This is what I would do. Simplifying molds should allow you to carry a couple of each in varying states while maintaining familiarity. Personally, I would even remove the Avenger SS because your XLs should beat in to give you a replacement for them. If your Buzz is really that beat, it should be able to replace the Meteor also. Just my .02...

My beat to heck Buzzz is pretty straight and my meteor holds an anny line that the Buzzz won't do but everything else you guys are saying sounds about right.

Unless you have specific use for the beat up stuff just offload that add a new BUZZ or other versatile mid (I cannot believe I said that) and a fairway driver to use for turnovers and long straight stuff (a Leopard would be a great fit). Drop the ESP Avenger because there are many drivers and you now have a very functional bag.
