Hi from The Croydon Disc Golf Club in London, England.

We had the idea of MINI MAYHEM a couple of months ago. The idea was to do a video of EXTREME URBAN MINI DISC GOLF which is filmed in and around the monuments of London. We would like to invite everyone to have a go as well. So… have a look at our video and then SHOW US WHAT YOU’VE GOT!!!

Once you have made your video please post it on our forum so we can build up a library of these fantastic videos. Please take the time to post comments here as well. http://www.croydondiscgolf.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=462

COME ON GUYS… Washington, Denver and Philadelphia are preparing theirs as we speak…. LETS ROCK ‘N’ ROLL! This cannot succeed without you guys

Ps. Please feel free to pass this on to everyone or anyone that you feel might want to get involved.

Besides the Niagara Falls, I am not thinking of anything that would really draw any tourists around the Buffalo area. So, I could go down to the Falls and throw a mini disc over, but I don't have many other ideas of "monuments" in the Buffalo area.

The supposedly haunted train station? The Frank Lloyd Wright house? Shea's Theater? The Auditorium (former home of the Sabers)? The looney bin on Forrest Ave? Albright-Knox art gallery?

If anyone around here wants to do this, I'd be willing, other suggestions, or better suggestions, lemme know, I'm in.

i could take some minis to all the wats here on samui and skip them off of the monks heads.

landmarks here in thailand are usually shrines. would not look good for disc golf to hit big buddha (or a monk) with a mini or a frisbee.

monuments here are usually the king. throwing something near the king would probably result in my immediate imprisonment and expulsion from thailand.

nice idea though, but won't work here.

If you were to do a video of players playing your resort course at night, it would be a lot easier for me to promote a trip to Samui for the british DGers ... This could be a great advertising tool for you. Have a go, let me know and as a travel agent I will promote you further( dont forget I am a Thailand Specialist at work!)

man i'd like to play at night too but the lights are not in yet, a bunch of little things like signage are still waiting to be finished off first...wish we could start the night thing right away but thailand has some incredibly high taxes on imported goods like solar panels. the resort owner is also owner of a solar lighting company here and i believe he is trying now to move manufacture of the panels from italy to thailand in order to facilitate the process.
