What disc is this? (custom stamp)

I have a white disc, with a multicolored printing on it from the 1999 Amateur Worlds in K.C. Kansas... I think it has innova's info on the bottom from the mold (i.e. patent #, etc) does anyone know what disc model this is?

?...I'd need more information. Is it a putter or a mid or a driver? What city location is in the molding? A picture would also be a big help. In '99 the full-color stamps were pretty new, and most of the discs I saw at that time were Aviars, Rocs and Gazelles. But Innova had a bunch of new discs on the market that year (Rhyno, Wolf, Puma, Leopard, Eagle & TeeBird...plus the Banshee was still fairly new at that point) and Rick Rothstein would have had the connections with Innova to get just about anything he wanted for that event. Sooo...it could have been anything.
