Whispering Falls Freeze Ice Bowl Event, to benefit Hagerstown Rescue Mission. Whispering Falls is 3hrs. East of Pittsburgh, 3hrs. West of Philly, 1hr. South of Harrisburg and 1hr. North of Baltimore.
