One of my favorite courses has crappy teepads (LaMirada, CA) as well as many others. This is an excellent course but the pads are literally ramps. I am a concrete finisher/ mason and would volunteer my services to this course or any that need some loving, or even finish pads for new courses to keep costs down.
My questions are:
Has anyone been involved in something like this?
What were some of the loopholes that had to be jumped?
Is there anyone that could use my help at other courses?
