I just finished this one for Donovan. I used the original movie poster for Episode IV. Luke is buff, I guess all the artist had to go from was a picture of Mark Hamill's face. Star Xcaliber. Sorry the picture is kind of dark, it is cloudy and cold outside. Again if you are looking for a custom dye pm me.

Very cool.. kind of reminds me of He-Man. There just aren't enough He-Man dyes out there :D Transformers dyes would be pretty slick too.

I'm not a star wars fan but I really like it. Let me know if you star some transformer discs. I can't wait to send you a disc for my punnisher dye.

from what I've read & seen DX plastic is about the only kind that wont hold a dye job very well. 'Star' seems to be a fav

Optimus Prime is in my future. My favorite plastic to dye is Star. I have dyed every plastic out there and so far I have not really had a problem. When it comes to DX the dye must be very hot and you have to leave the disc in for a little longer.

Discraft stamps are very difficult to remove, but if you can work between them the plastic will take dye. Like this one... I am Legend

I didn't have the best luck with KC Pro plastic, as well as DX. Colors just don't seem as deep as I'd like, no matter how hot or how long I leave them in.

I'm a huge MOTU fan your disc looks nice. Now everyone can laugh at me when I tell you that I still have all of my MOTU figures, rides, playsets, and castles stored in plastic totes in my garage.

Yeah, but I bet HeMan never got his nose broken on a roller coaster by a duck! (Or is that just an urban legend?)

I actually kept on to a couple of those figures believe it or not. I still have Skelatore, Merman, and Heman's cat. I would love to see a Skelatore disc to go along with that Heman. = )

Whoa, Nice colors on that pink floyd disc, Vettekrazy. I tried to dye some white star discs with green rit dye, but it came out looking dark gray, almost black. How do you get the rich green color, or even a yellow for that matter?

I'd have to agree with you on the Green. I think it is the toughest color to work with.

Are you using Kelly or Dark green?

My best suggestion is to use the boil method. Get the dye real hot (actually just short of boiling) and dip the disc. Just go for a few seconds at a time and work up to the shade you want. :)
