I love the original course. I think they need to build some steps in some areas but its still fun sliding down dirt hills.
I threw a disc about 200 yards on the new Cameron Park course. Course I threw it off of a cliff across the river but hey atleast I made it onto the course. lol
Anyone else play there?

I played there before the new course went in. My brother and I loved the old front nine but were not as excited about the other section. I hope to get back there to see the new course one day.

Are you referring to Cameron Park West or Cameron Park East? They are my local courses. The East side is referred to as the bEast. The front-nine are somewhat open and long with water hazards on 3 holes, the back-nine is tight and wooded.

Not sure which is East and which is West. There was only one when I played there. The front was not next to the water and had some unique holes with lots of elevation changes. The other part of the course was close to the river in places but was not as interesting(to me ). I would like to go there sometime to see the new parts.

Sounds like you played the West side. The Brazos river separates the two courses. You must have played them many years ago.

Anywhere from 3-5 years ago I suppose. It's easy to lose track. West sounds right. Maybe one day I will make it back there.
