It has been "announced" that a new course near New Philadelphia, Ohio, will have 9 of the holes under lights. This is the first time I've heard of a course with lights, but then again I've only been around the sport for a year. Has this been done before and can it be done well?
Are they putting the lights in specifically for the course or is the course being designed around the lights? Either way it's pretty cool. I think I've seen a couple of courses on here that have some lights in areas of the course. Usually parks with walking paths, etc.

According to the information, there will be an 18-hole course and then an additional 9 holes set up along side a par 3 ball golf course. The lights will apparently light the ball golf and 9-hole disc golf course.

Clyde Fant DGC in Shreveport,LA has lights. It is a 27 hole course with 18 lit. The course is built in a median of a divided parkway so the course was designed around the lights. They work fairly well and I did not lose a disc there. The course itself is only average but the lights are cool.
