Well what division would you play in? Im almost postive rec will play red and white depending on the weather for longs or shorts. If you haven't played white I wouldn't worry. Its an easy fun course. But silver/gold on the other hand I would worry about if you haven't played. Alot of schule(not now anyways) and tons of blind pins placements

It does remind me of a comet. Just not as sensitive and a little bit faster. I threw them more than any of my rocs yesterday. The only time I pulled my rocs out were for some hyzer holes.

I use to throw a comet alot more. I don't throw them anymore. Don't know why though. It really is a good disc and can do anything. I just startethrowing rocs in wear stages so much. Then I found the fuse, so I really don't need any other mids now. I feel Im good with those and a wizard even though its not a mid.

Well matrix, if your serious about getting sponsored, you have to know the rules.

Discraft: Throw only discraft discs, only carry discraft discs, no wearing other teams/companies apparel,

Innova: same stuff as discraft.

Gateway: throw whatever you want, but you have to throw something gateway, and if you wear dg gear, you need something not by a rival company (no innova/discraft tee shirts)

Vibram: same thing.

Idk it for discmania, but I'd bet its similar to gateway/vibram. Also, you'll need to play some A tiers.

well finished a round at LL today. snow ios definitely deep in some spots still but is melting for sure and hopefully will be melted down to under a foot by saturday if the weatherman is right. it was that sleshy kind of snow to. shot yesterday and today and three total discs lost but only one was on a good throw. two lost discs were on very bad throws. my buddy quit playing after the second lost today and just went searching

i would guess it should definitely be under a foot at LL for sure if the weather stays warm but who knows. there is still 2 ft of snow out there in places and NOOO signs of grass anywhere.... definitely got alot of traffic on the red though the last two days so its definitely getting packed down in spots but that also made it pretty slick. i fell once walking in the fairway and almost fell a few other times

I would love to come out for doubles. I can't really afford it, though. Even driving out to Mokena is going to be pushing my budget, so I definitely can't p2p. Plus I have a job interview at 3:30, which i really need. so I figure I can get an early morning round in and still be able to take care of business. No ribbons needed. But man is this place a mess. I played only silver bc my feet are soaked. It was pretty much like walking through a river at some points. Bring a bunch of extra clothes for the tourney, you'll need them.

I think the best scenario for Ashleigh and I is Red and White, those two fit her game the best and let me throw my wizards a lot, but there isn't a course out there I wouldn't have fun playing.

That course eats me apart. Best I've shot on gold is +24. Some of those holes are really tough. I just need to gain distance for that course.

Ditto. I believe I cracked +20 once, with either a +19 or +18, don't exactly recall. Distance is the key.

Blue is the easiest one out there to play blind, there aren't as many tight or blind holes to worry about, you can see exactly what to do on most holes. In the rec group there won't be too many people driving a lot of those holes so it would come down to approach and putting a lot.

Actually, I have played something like #12-13-14 on blue. The wooded ones by the bridge. I was looking for Gold the first time out there and found out that #12 and 13 (I believe those are the correct numbers) make great warm-ups while heading to Gold #1.

I do like blue, but I don't think it's a great course to separate scores at a rec/intermediate level. I think the combination of red and blue is a really fun pair and complement each other well.
