at 3AM CST to add more memory to the server. It should be back up and running in 30 minutes or so.

I think its a good thing that the site has gotten so big we've outgrown the memory on the server! Woo wooo!
As long as it doesn't outgrow my wallet, it's all good :)

...this site is number one priority...
I'm kind of crazy but I tend to put food, stuff like that before the site once in a while :D

Oh no you didnt... :p
Btw, sorry about the hiccups today. I did a major upgrade on the server and a few things were acting a little wacky for a while. Hopefully it's all under control now but if you notice anything odd please let me know.

I was thinking it was going to be down for awhile aswell, like the PDGA one was :(
No, nothing like that :) The major software upgrades are done.. the guys at the hosting company will be taking it offline around 3am CST to install more memory. I spent most of the last 3 days checking everything over and updating the site code to make the software upgrade was as smooth as possible. There were a few hiccups but overall it seems that everything is working well now.
I really wish I had someone else to take care of the server stuff for me! :)

When I throw discs at a tree, it's an accident.

Go to Primediscs and look at discs. Or DGC for that matter.
Or google some hot chicks of Disc Golf.

Four 0 Five and we are back.
Seems like I do have a little more memory. I think I know where that disc I lost last year is now.

Many of us would go nuts if that happened.
I'm glad all that server work is done. Maybe I can get back to actually working on the site now! :)

Thanks for keeping the site great tim, I know I'm a few days behind on looking at this thread but I almost fell out of my chair when I saw you were taking down the site. Would that have made out bag tags a collectors item? What do you do for a living? (when you're not working on the best DG site in the world?)
