I'm going to be spending the Summer in Coon Rapids, MN, and wanted to know what are the "must-play" courses around there. I want to hit as many as I can, but it appears theres dozens of them in the Twin Cities area and I'm not sure where to start.

I'm heading out to Minneapolis myself, in May. I found this site to be great!

Kaposia, Hyland Hills Ski and Snowboard Area (not to be confused with Highland Park), North Valley, Oakwood, CP Adams and Acorn Park are probably the most well known courses in the area.

Plymouth Creek is worth it just to play hole 8. I heard Bryand Lake and Basset Creek were both getting some additions and they're both worth checking out as well.

Moir Park is worth going to once to try the saucer type baskets.

Othewise just check out playdg.com and see what interests you.

Blue Ribbon Pines up in East Bethel looks worth the drive, I'll be visiting it this spring on vacation. Acorn is my favorite of them all. Considering time of day and traffic, the closest one to you is probably the best!
