cool. im currently a member of Western arkansas flying disc association , and pleasant view disc golf club . any idea on number of members in your club? i believe we are at 90 members so far

i'm honestly not sure on member count bro. I played with some of the WAFDA guys at the Alma Greens. And i've played with the river valley club in russellville...I have to drive at least an hour to play with my club on the weekends, kinda sucks

This seems to be a club operating all around central arkansas. Sounds like they have minis and whatnot in cabot, jville, searcy, etc.

That's the same guys I'm talking about. They have minis at the 4 courses in the little rock area and Jacksonville.

We have two courses here in Searcy with talks of a third...I would love a local league of some sort

I used to live in Bentonville, AR. Now I am an hour North of there in Joplin, MO.

That would be my luck, a club in Searcy and the other club around Little Rock. :rolleyes: Searcy is 35 min. northeast from me, and LR is about the same distance to the southwest of me. I do a lot of driving for DG. The course in Cabot isn't worth playing. I know, the people in Searcy have to drive a ways for leagues and tourneys, but they at least have a respectable course in town for weekday play ;)

I believe there are about 70 tags that are out there somewhere for the Diamond State Disc Golf Association, though I could be wrong.

I do agree that i cant complain as much as i used to with the newer 9 hole in reach...but the other course here in searcy is a Joke

I'm up in NW Arkansas - I've been playing recreationally for quite some time. I'm no good, but I do enjoy getting out and throwing. I throw pretty much one disc - my putter. :D

We are lucky up here to have several decent courses (my opinion, but I stink, so maybe not?).

Anybody up here want to play sometime? As I said, I'm not any good, but I would like to meet up with some other DG folks. Weekend afternoons would be the best for me probably.

There is a tournament this weekend in Harrison, Ar. I also think there is one in Fayetteville. I am going to play in them. But I am also down to just play a round one weekend. I have played Fay, Springdale, Rogers, and Bella Vista.
