sweet. thanks. How much should I budget for a 9 holer with rubber tee pads (not including baskets or rubber) but with signs and other expenese(not sure what they would be)?

Your question wasn't clear. Only expenses other than baskets and mats? Tee signs and professional design fee around $1000 for 9 holes.
