PDGA Target Survey

in search for a different document i came across an interesting survey result.

In Q14 (pg9) it has a ranking of preferred baskets. Discraft Chainstar and DGA Mach V are listed as separate although they are the same. see Approved target list (http://www.pdga.com/files/documents/PDGA_approved_targets_102710.pdf). With that being said shouldn't the results have been consider 1 instead of 2? If you think of it like that then 39% of the members surveyed prefer the Chainstar/Mach V over the Discatcher and Mach III at 26%

Chainstar and Mach V are not the same. The Chainstar has both sets of chains coming to the same ring. The Mach V has separate rings for the outer chains and the inner chains. I think the Chainstar may catch a little better because both chain sets move together when the disc comes in versus the possibility the outer chains separate a little from the inner chains.
