I heard a rumor that they are going to develop a course in Yorktown, IN. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

The Muncie site,Munciediscgolfclub.com, has a thread about it. The most recent update is they got a grant from a community Foundation for $2000. Working in another grant. It will be in Lions Club park.
