Just got a GL Vision but haven't thrown it. It has a bunch of flashing, more than I've ever noticed on my other discs. Will this make it very non-Vision like & should I whip out the sandpaper or will it not make a huge difference & just let it wear of by itself?? I average probably 275' with Leopards if it matters. Thanks for the info:confused:

Leave it alone unless:

A) it cuts your finger on good rips

B) the disc is a way overstable ' freak' vision (they do exist)

And if you end up taking it off, only remove the flash on the bottom of the rim.

The flash on the side of the disc/ rim doesn't affect flight enough to bother with.

Yeah because we really need our visions MORE flippy.

Personaly I clean up all my discs of flashing. I havnt noticed enough difference in flights to make it a problem. Being a wood worker I hate rough and sharp edges. Besides ripping you fingers just sucks.

I just got a Vision in GL too. Sad to hear about your excessive flashing, mine feels buttery smooth.

I can't wait to throw all my christmas discs.
