I'm in the Portland Metro Area and am very excited about the prospect of a new course. What's so Urgent about this meeting though? And how far away is it from downtown?

Its about 25 mins or 13 miles from downtown. I'm guessing its urgent because the meeting is today? Not sure but this course holds high promise...
